Verrette’s Funeral Home has been serving the families of Pointe Coupee Parish and its surrounding Parishes for over 75 years. In 1934, E.L. Verrette and his wife Irma opened Verrette's Funeral Home. In 1975, Mrs. Verrette and their son Alvin took over the family business in order to continue the legacy of E.L. Verrette. Today, Alvin Verrette and his wife Izella proudly carry on the family tradition of dedicated and compassionate service to the families of Pointe Coupee Parish.
We encourage families to express themselves in a manner that reflects the life that has been well-lived. These expressions can and should be as unique as the individual being remembered. Verrette’s Funeral Home specializes in the personalization of your loved one's funeral ceremony. We help you commemorate the life of your loved one whether it is by burial, entombment, cremation or transfer to anywhere in the world.
Every funeral service should be as unique as the person whose life we are celebrating. We understand that each family has individual preferences for personalized arrangements. As a full-service funeral home, we handle each step of this important process with care and dignity, and we are always available to assist in times of need. At Verrette's Funeral Home, your family is our family.
" We do everything with Love, Honor and Respect." ~Alvin Verrette
